If we’re to have 300 people at the Web Awards then you have about 3 days left to book tickets before we sell out. Tickets are going really fast. There are about 50 tickets left now for the event. Tickets are 30 euros. You do not get a dinner with that. You do not have to wear a tux. You will have lots of fun in a non-stuffy environment for that.
Thanks to Ken for this.

Registration is now open for the Moviestar Web Awards. 30 euros in. Again, we stress, no tux. Well, you can but we may stand you on the stage and have people point. Novelty tuxes, they’re allowed.
If you’re nominated or not, do come along. It should be a great night of mixing and having fun with some of the most creative people in the Irish Web and Tech scene.
Update: 100 people have registered in the first 24 hours.

The New Application/Service Category for the Web Awards contains some amazing homegrown talent and who better to judge this category than the people nominated in this category?
All the companies will be emailed and asked to rate their competitors and send them on to the Web Awards organisers. These ratings will be added to the scores given by the judges and the shortlistees will then be calculated from these scores.
