Nomination form is redone so you can make multiple nominations.
Some tips for nominating:
- A personal blog cannot also be a group blog.
- You cannot be a newcomer and also a nominee for best Contribution to the Irish Blogosphere.
- Best Contribution to the Blogosphere is for the person who made a massive difference to the blogging community in Ireland. Roger Galligan got it last year as he was the person that built IrishBlogs.ie.
- You need to have a Podcast to get nominated for Best Podcast and Best Podcaster, likewise for Vidcast.
- We log every IP and every referer. We know who you are and who sent you. We will delete nominations if we feel someone is just spamming.
I can think of at least one blog which will be nominated in either best personal blog or best group blog depending on the voter. I guess you’ll put it in the category for which it gets most votes by the end?
Just to clarify, as my company is sponsoring the Irish Language award, I am not eligible for nomination to that category this year.
I’ll happily accept nominations in any other categories though! 😉
