Dave Walsh wins the second of the O2 i-mode phones. Congratulations Dave. Details on how to collect the phone have been emailed to you.

Everyone nominated in the long list for a blog award is now going to be entered into another draw for an 02 i-mode phone. I have another to give away now and so why not randomly select one of the long list nominees? It was honestly a shame to have a cut-off point in so many of the categories but a short list was needed. I’ll edit this post later with a list of all blogs entered in the draw. The winner will be announced on Monday, so tune into this blog then.

The reason for moving location is that I’m predicting about 150 people are going to this now and Buswells can’t hold that many people. I still need you to go and register your attendance here so I can plan for who is going and that I can enter you into the draws for spot prizes on the night which include vouchers, t-shirts, bottles of wine and o2 i-mode phones.

We may have to change venue judging by the feedback. At a very tight squeeze Buswells can hold 80 people but from what people are saying on blogs and by email to me it seems a lot more people are going to turn up. I don’t want to turn people away so I’ll instead book another venue at the end of the week. However I need to get numbers ASAP. Can you please register if you are attending and from that I can calculate numbers and get a bigger room.

Again as a reminder the event is on March 11th at 7pm.

Update: To clarify, no. of guests means number of people you are bringing with you. This doesn’t include yourself. I’ll have Jason amend the form while he’s on his fag break.
