The Blog Awards take place on March 27th 2010

Too rich for me at the moment, but I’ve managed to get us booked into the Eyre Square Townhouse instead for half the price…

P.S. There’s still several cheaper rooms available via booking.com, where I booked mine from. http://bit.ly/6w4g5D

  5. You’re also not far from B&B land there folks. College Road is a short walk from the Radisson.

  9. Just spent two nights in the Forster Court Hotel, which is well within crawling distance of the Radisson. Cost per night is €59 for a single room. Very comfortable, free broadband and a good breakfast. Parking nearby in FairGreen carpark (discount rate available for hotel residents) A good deal, I’d say.

thanks for that. booked it yesterday. word to the wise there’s very little left in the Eyre Sq. T’house. Ended up with a super [?] double room for €79. Not bad all the same – until I saw Conn’s comment.

    Hi,
Could you tell me how the night will run-
is it just naming winners in each category & receive award or is there more to it?
will there be projector showing images of blogs
will winners be informed before the night
how can I apply for a ticket for the awards
what time are they on at and how long will it last
    etc.
    thanks,
    Patrick.

  14. Eddie says:

@Patrick, if last years awards were anything to go by the award ceremony will have a projector showing the blogs, fancy intro videos, acceptance speeches etc, but the night is about a lot more than just the ceremony. It’ll probably last until about sunrise depending on the strength of your liver 😉 An excellent event, looking forward to it.
