Now, I didn’t make the shortlist in my category, as expected. Anyway, the actual awards are/were on tonight. I considered going, but decided against it in the end; I find such things quite intimidating, and I doubt I’d enjoy myself very much. And in any case I don’t have any sensible clothes right now.
